Corporate wellness

Fitness Classes- Whether you want to burn calories, tighten and tone, or relax and stretch I can teach a class for you!

Stretch Breaks- Employees get a little stretch and exercise work break during their day.  These can be 5-10 minutes.

Lunch and Learns- These informational sessions take place during lunchtime while employees collaborate and learn.  Pertinent topics may include stress reduction, mindfulness, eating and nutrition, sleep or improving energy. 

Health Coaching- Health coaching is a partnership between coaches and clients which guides clients towards achieving their wellness goals.  Coaches utilize evidence-based skills such as motivational interviewing and reflective listening to assist the client in understanding more about themselves and their values, barriers to change, and reasons to change. The coach will provide the client with the support, accountability and resources they need to be successful. Sessions are weekly or bi-weekly and typically last 3-6 months.  A vast range of health concerns may be addressed in coaching- diet, exercise, mental health, smoking cessation, and addiction.  These sessions are conducted in person or by Zoom and may be 50 minute or 25 minutes long. 

Wellness Programs- Programs can be designed to improve the fitness and wellness of employees.  Examples include Bootcamps to improve physical fitness and assist in weight loss, or a Beat the METS program which offers lectures on Nutrition, Physical Fitness and Stress Reduction with  alternating weeks of  individual health coaching.
